What the business needed
Set up an online store and connect it with a physical shop. The team needed a CRM that makes product management easy and a way to move products to the website with descriptions, photos and categories. Customers needed a smooth checkout and online payment.
What we did
- 01
KeyCRM selection and setup
Chose a CRM for product and sales work, connected it to the online store and linked the online and offline sides of the business.
- 02
Product transfer plugin
Built a dedicated WordPress plugin. When launched, it moves products, descriptions, photos and categories from KeyCRM.
- 03
Catalogue updates
During export the plugin updates existing products and creates new ones. New categories appear on the site and in the menu.
- 04
Payment and checkout
Set up LiqPay payments and order handling, turning catalogue, cart and checkout into one consistent customer path.
Products in KeyCRM. Catalogue on WordPress.
The manager decides when to export. It's not a constant background sync: data is transferred after a manual launch.
- 01
Prepare in KeyCRM
Products with descriptions, photos and categories are prepared in the CRM.
- 02
Run the export
The manager launches the transfer. The custom plugin sends data to the site.
- 03
Updated store
Products are created or updated; new categories appear in the catalogue and menu.
For the customer
- Choose a product
- Cart
- Checkout
- LiqPay payment
- Order handling
From choosing a product to paying online. Then the order goes to the store team.
What the client got
A store with online payments and a KeyCRM connection. The team prepares products in the CRM and moves them to the site with a custom plugin instead of recreating every product, description and category in WordPress. Online and in-store sales live in one workflow.
